began her journey to find her whole health and
fulfillment. As you can see, she is a walking
demonstration of the success of the programs she

Christa has over 30 years of successful business experience in retail,
import-export, IT, health insurance and broadcast so her strong sense
of working for and achieving success was well grounded when she
began her path to improvement.
In the late 1990’s, Christa became a certified practitioner of Black Hat Sect
Feng Shui and quickly became a specialist in creating an environment that
enhances well being as well as supporting and nurturing personal needs, positive relationships,
prosperity and better health.
Next, Christa accepted the fact that somehow she was limiting her success through her own belief
system and studied the art of PSYCH-K®, which taught her how to balance the conflicts between her
subconscious beliefs and her conscious desires.
Christa began the search to complete the final step of fulfillment and raise her level of physical health
to that of her mental and spiritual health. During this stage of development, she found the Raw Food
Lifestyle. In her usual assertive and positive method of action, she immediately became certified as
the first Live Food Chef in San Antonio through the Alissa Cohen’s Living on Live Food Program as a
Chef, Instructor and Teacher. She continued her studies and became a Gourmet Raw Food Chef and
from the Living Light Culinary Institute in Summer 2009.
