What's For Lunch? Series 1
This series provides you with seven days of recipes that can be enjoyed for either lunch or dinner. Start with a tasty smoothie or soup, follow it with a
salad and complement it with a "filling" entrée. The 1 1/2 - 2 hour classes are interactive, so bring your favorite wooden chopping board and knife and
learn or just enhance your knife skills, as well. Prepare the meal and then sit down and savor the fruits of your labor. Recipes are included. Classes
may be taken individually and do not need to be taken in a sequential order.
